THE REPAIR PROCESS

1. MAKE CONTACT  Once we have had a discussion about your guitar amp and the fault. I will chat to you about best time for me and you to drop it off. All drop off must be arranged, so i know what is coming in

2.AFTER DROP OFF  All repairs are generally looked at within 24/48 Hrs of being in the workshop. Once I know what the problem is , I will be in contact

3. AMP REPAIR  When the amp has been checked over or repaired, I normally email the information or I will text you asking  you to call me at your convenience 10am to 5pm Mon to sat” Please do so , I prefer to do this via email or phone call, I don't do text messages etc for this process.

4. ARRANGING A COLLECTION you will be informed about what to do next and we arrange a day for that suits both of us for  collection. We would of normally  had a chat about collection before you dropped off

I prefer this to be done while I'm present, so i can answer questions and show it working

5. PAYMENT "BAC’s" I send you my Bank account details, You pay and let me know you have paid, When I have checked I have the money , I text/email you and give you collection info.Including what we arranged. If we arrange that you can collect outside of my normally working hours, GM staff will hand it over. But payment  must be made before collection

6. PAYMENT " CASH" All cash payment must be done with myself present, so we will arrange a time and day. GM Staff will not had over any equipment and handle cash on my behalf

7. TESTING IN FRONT OF YOU We like to show you the amp working if possible. We do this with our Guitars, Leads, Speakers. Please don't bring your stuff as the workshop is small and time is always short. This will not be done if you are collecting without me present
